Ayame - Ayame believes that she is Kouga's fiance although he denies it (wow thats never happened in a Rumiko manga before). Jealous of Kagome, and angry at Kouga, it's not surprising that Ayame has a firery temper.
Hatchi - Miroku's racoon-dog friend whose transformations have got the group out of a number of fixes.
Kaede - Kikyo's younger sister. Now in her late 50's, Kaede looks a lot older than Kikyo, but still holds her older sister in high reguard.
Myouga - Servant of Inu-Yasha's father, he is aquanted with a number of his old contacts as well. However, whenever there is even a hint of danger, he fleas (get it - "fleas"... yup that was a bad one).
Toutousai - Master sword-maker who produced Tessaiga and Tesseiga. A very strange elderly man who was also awaunted with Inu-Yasha's father.
Kagome's School Friends - Ayumi, Eri and Yuka are Kagome's three school friends who often enjoy talking about her "violent, two-timing" boyfriend.
Shikigami - Kochou and Asuka, the two cermemonial spirits that raised Kikyo from her grave for the second time.
